Texas Leadership Academy

Branding + Multi-Platform Design System

The Texas Leadership Academy is a year-long professional development program created in partnership with the Aspen Institute and the National Center for Inquiry and Improvement. The program cultivates emerging community college leaders across Texas through a series of in-person and virtual sessions.

I developed a cohesive visual identity and multi-platform design system for the Leadership Academy within the Texas Association of Community Colleges (TACC) brand standards, creating branded experiences across digital, print, and event environments. This included the design of presentation systems, event graphics, digital collateral, web pages, and printed materials that visually reinforced the program’s themes of growth, collaboration, and leadership.

Deliverables: Slide deck templates, event graphics, digital collateral, web and social assets, and print materials.

Webpage developed to showcase the Leadership Academy for Cohorts 1 and 2, featuring program infographics, participant bios, and professional headshots. Click here to visit webpage.
